Our fast-growing Dental supplies company is currently looking for a customer service rep to join our team! This role would be suitable for someone who has experience in the customer service field and who also has an ambitious career perspective.
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

* Communicate with customer daily and promptly, understand and engage in issues and opportunities within each account. * Customer meeting preparation support, including preparing sales decks, gathering samples, preparing quote sheets * Retrieves Purchase Orders, coordinate delivery for both customer warehouse delivery and direct shipments. Review and ensure accuracy of details and ability to ship as written, bring any issues to attention of Manager, and when ready enter PO into ERP system * Responsible for releasing all SPECIALTY POs and ensuring that they are executed and shipped correctly on a timely basis * Responsible for creating shipping documents, closing the shipping document and invoicing each customer in priority. * Responsible for taking steps to achieve credit card payment for orders * Liaises with internal Operations, Logistics and Warehouse teams * Assist in management and setup of accounts, and support external Sales Team * Responsible for reviewing customer terms and sending the appropriate customer orders for payment processing when necessary before releasing those orders * Responsible for releasing all POs to the warehouse and ensuring that they are executed and shipped correctly * Responsible for reviewing ?PO change alerts? generated by the ERP system to see if any significant inventory issues arise as a result of the changes, and alerting Senior Sales team when this occurs
Qualifications :
* Experience in a customer service, sales support, sales coordination, or administrative role. * Capable of interacting with customers effectively while working through inquiries and issues. * Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and above average problem-solving skills * Demonstrated organizational skills and be able to work independently with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
