We are currently looking for individuals with talent, passion, and most importantly an open mind to learn and grow as part of our opening team. The server position is a crucial one, as you are the main face that will interact with our guests, by creating a positive long-lasting experience for them.
Compensation
* $21 per hour base wage * Shared pooled incentive based on hours worked * Free staff meal * 4% vacation pay
Job Description:
* In-depth understanding of our menu knowledge (will provide training) * Intermediate knowledge on liquor brands, classic cocktails, and wine * Maintain a professional yet warm presence throughout the service * Able to work a 24-seater section with ease * Execute our steps-of-service to the teeth * Following Louf?s vision and ethos, both at and outside of work * General cleanliness of the restaurant * Knowledgeable with TouchBistro POS * Team player
