Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Install machinery. Assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects. Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials. Estimate costs and materials. Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings and specifications. Prepare contracts and tenders. Prepare standards and schedules. Test machines and equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
