About this role
Ensure process control and drive continuous improvements in manufacturing processes. Focus on operational Excellence through Root cause failure analysis to reduce the number of customer complaints and internal non-conformances, improvement of process stability and equipment efficiency. Drive best practice sharing and standardization of processes. Define the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process parameters/operating windows (CTWs) for relevant production processes in line with product design and factory capability/requirements. Communicate and train employees during introduction of new production processes and equipment, set-up of process relevant documentation. Actively collaborate with production, quality, safety, logistics and maintenance departments. Work together to solve problems. Contrato: Jornada: Salario:
