We have an opportunity for someone to join our committed Central Administrative Team within Camborne Redruth Community Hospital. We have a full time position of 37.5 hours per week. This role will provide administrative support to areas across the hospital.

Main duties of the job

To provide full clerical support to various key functions within the hospital setting and/or clinical team.

To provide administrative functions within the hospital including reception duties, being first point of contact for all patients, visitors and members of the public attending the hospital. This role will support a range of services which could include but is not limited to:

Person Specification

Skills and Aptitude Essential

Ability to communicate clearly on telephone and face to face

Education/Qualifications and Relevant Experience Essential

Basic numeracy and literacy skills Experience of working in an administrative setting Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft office or similar applications NVQ or RSA 2 or equivalent experience

Desirable

Healthcare/NHS administrative experience
