What you'll be doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you will:
Coordinate student placements across the organisation, ensuring an excellent learner experience from onboarding through to placement completion. Manage student onboarding, induction arrangements, and compliance documentation in line with NHS and education partner requirements. Maintain accurate placement records, learner data, agreements, and audit information. Support the administration of student learning activities, workshops, and training programmes. Produce reports, analyse data, and monitor placement activity to support informed decision-making. Collaborate with universities, placement providers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate placement requests, changes, and communications. Respond to student enquiries, providing outstanding customer service and a solution-focused approach. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, and produce accurate meeting minutes. Support funding monitoring activities and national student survey processes.
About you
You'll thrive in this role if you're an enthusiastic coordinator with exceptional organisational skills and a genuine interest in supporting learning and development.
Essential GCSEs (or equivalent) including a strong educational background. Level 3 Business Administration qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills. Experience producing reports, managing data, and undertaking analysis. Excellent administrative and organisational abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A meticulous eye for detail and strong problem-solving capabilities. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience working in an administrative or office-based environment. Confidence working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Desirable Experience within healthcare, education, or a student-focused environment. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), HR systems, or similar platforms. Project management qualification or experience.

Qualifications Essential
Essential qualifications include GCSEs or equivalents and a Level 3 Business Administration qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
