Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)
A Level 4 (or higher) teaching, training or assessing qualification
Proven experience delivering training across clinical health and care specialisms
Strong background in clinical practice (AHP, Nursing, or Social Work)
Demonstrated ability to design, develop and deliver high-quality blended learning
Confidence in using digital tools for training and learning delivery
Knowledge of curriculum design, course development, and research-informed practice
A genuine passion for developing others and improving care outcomes
Its a bonus if you have: Line management or leadership experience
A postgraduate qualification in Education, Health or Social Care
A Project Management qualification
Experience providing clinical supervision or mentoring
