Role: answering calls, documenting incidents, prioritizing calls Requirements: High school diploma/GED, 1+ year call center experience, completion of 911 Call Taker training and Florida Department of Health certification, typing 30+ WPM, valid Florida driver's license, ability to work rotating 12-16 hour shifts including nights/weekends/holidays, and pass physical, drug test, and level 2 background screening.
