About the Role We're hiring an AI Automation Specialist to help our clients streamline their internal operations through intelligent automation. You'll design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents that eliminate manual bottlenecks and drive real efficiency gains across business functions.
What You'll Do
Audit existing business processes and identify automation opportunitiesBuild and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using tools like n8n and other automation platformsIntegrate AI capabilities (LLMs, document parsing, data routing, etc.) into client systemsMaintain and iterate on automations based on performance and client feedbackCommunicate clearly with clients and internal teams on project status and recommendationsRequirements
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience building automation workflows and AI agents (not just theoretical knowledge)Proficiency with tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar platformsFamiliarity with the latest AI tools such as OpenClaw and how to incorporate them into practical workflowsAbility to connect and work with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrationsStrong problem-solving instincts — you can take a vague process and turn it into a working systemClear written and verbal communication in English
Nice to Have
Experience with no-code/low-code tools alongside custom scripting (Python, JavaScript)Background working with US or Canadian clients remotelyExperience in business operations, ops consulting, or process improvementBenefits
