Account specific roles & responsibilities:
Perform cash posting and accurately reconcile payments. Update patient census and maintain accurate billing records. Conduct triple-check verification to ensure billing accuracy and compliance. Manage Medicaid and Managed Medicaid aging reports and follow up on outstanding claims. Handle Medicare aging reports and ensure timely claim resolution. Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and payment delays. Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and billing processes.Requirements
6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare accountGood working knowledge with Medicare and MedicaidKnowledge with Cash PostingsExcellent verbal & written English skills Strong problem-solving skills Adaptability to a changing work environment Ability to remain calm under pressure Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software Willing to work onsite in Buendia, MakatiAmenable working night shift
