Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Team Lead
Oversees daily operations for all agents delivering high-quality and valued servicesConduct training and coaching, including insights and action plans to improveAnalyze and report on productivity and other metrics - such as attendance, end-of-day reports, and compliance with company protocolsEnsure that the client is updated on significant program activities, issues, and concerns through calls, emails, meetings, reportsPerform other supervisory tasks as required
Medical Bill Auditor
Audit medical and healthcare-related bills against benefits platform records on a recurring basis Identify discrepancies such as payments for ineligible or terminated employees, Incorrect charges or mismatched enrollment data Reconcile billing data and validate accuracy of charges Document findings clearly using standardized templates and processes Upload audit results and reports to a secure shared file system Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve reconciliation workflows Flag trends or recurring issues that may impact client costs or operations Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare and employee dataRequirements
At least 1-year BPO experienceAt least 6 months of team lead / supervisory experienceHealthcare experience is a PLUS, not requiredMust have keen attention to detailsMust know how to use MS Word, Excel, OutlookGood verbal and written English skillsWilling to work ONSITE in Buendia, MakatiAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
