Account specific roles and responsibilities:
Audit medical and healthcare-related bills against benefits platform records on a recurring basis Identify discrepancies such as payments for ineligible or terminated employees, Incorrect charges or mismatched enrollment data Reconcile billing data and validate accuracy of charges Document findings clearly using standardized templates and processes Upload audit results and reports to a secure shared file system Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve reconciliation workflows Flag trends or recurring issues that may impact client costs or operations Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare and employee dataRequirements
6 months - 1 year BPO experienceMust have keen attention to detailHealthcare account experience is a PLUS, not requiredMust know how to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook Good verbal and written English skillsWilling to work ONSITE in Buendia, MakatiAmenable working night shifts Benefits
