Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for patients. Assist in rescheduling or reallocating resources when absences or changes occur. Provide administrative support to client such as Credentialing and expirables follow-ups.
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare AccountAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using MS ToolsExcellent verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shiftBenefits
