We're looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our bakery. You'll help customers find their favourite products, keep our displays stocked and looking great, and work alongside a supportive team to create a positive bakery experience. Responsibilities include:
• Providing friendly and engaging customer service • Serving customers and operating the cash register • Merchandising and stocking bakery products • Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery • Promoting seasonal products and bakery specials • Assisting with product finishing and packaging as required • Working collaboratively with the bakery team • Following food safety and operational procedures This is a part-time position with approximately 10?25 hours per week, including weekday, evening, and weekend shifts. Requirements
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Reliable and punctual • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs) • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays • Previous retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset but not required No bakery experience?
