Family Service Worker (Protection) Full-Time Permanent QBOW Child & Family Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Family Service Worker to join our team at our Beardy's & Okemasis Cree Nation Sub-Office. As a Family Service Worker, you will work directly with Indigenous children, youth, and families to promote child safety, strengthen family wellbeing, and support successful family preservation and reunification. This position is responsible for completing family assessments, case planning, case management, documentation, and collaborating with families, community partners, schools, health professionals, and other service providers to achieve positive outcomes. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Indigenous Social Work, Social Work, or a related human services field, knowledge of Saskatchewan child and family services legislation, and experience working with Indigenous children, youth, and families. A strong understanding of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practice is essential.
