We are seeking a full-time detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoicing, managing account reporting and all aspects of managing day to day operations.

MUST KNOW QUICKBOOKS ONLINE.

Arrange pickups and deliveries .

Manage reports for products.

Perform customer billing and process accounts receivable.

Utilize QuickBooks online accounting software as needed.

Prepare reports for management.

Set up new customers.

Create different reports to departments as needed.

*\*\*Skills: \*\**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

· Proficiency in accounting principles.

· Ability to use Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.

· Experience with accounting software.

· Ability to analyze accounts effectively.

· Ability to provide general support to senior staff.

· Very detail oriented.
