We're a well-established and busy pastry shop in Nepean looking for a talented and creative Cake Decorator to join our team. If you have a passion for beautiful, high-quality desserts and take pride in your craft, we'd love to hear from you.
*What you'll be doing:*
* Decorating cakes and pastries to a high standard of quality and presentation * Writing messages and applying custom designs based on customer orders * Working with fondant, buttercream, ganache, and other decorating mediums * Collaborating with the team to fulfill daily and special orders on time * Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
*What we're looking for:*
* Previous experience in cake decorating or a professional bakery/pastry setting * Strong attention to detail and a good eye for design and presentation * Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods * Availability to work early mornings and weekends * Formal pastry or culinary training is an asset but not required
