Amazon Connect Architect

Responsibilities:
? Design and document complex integrations between Amazon Connect and AWS services, including Glue, Athena, Lake Formation, Lex, and Lambda.
? Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce CRM using modern integration packages, including Service Cloud Voice and SCC-AC.
? Work with AWS Glue ETL pipelines to extract Amazon Connect Data Lake tables from AWS to Azure for long-term storage.
? Research and implement new AI capabilities, including Conversational IVR, AI-powered Case Summary, and AI-agent Contact Evaluation.
? Create and apply frameworks, methods, best practices, and implementation artifacts for Amazon Connect solutions.
? Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
? Perform end-to-end design, setup, configuration, and delivery of Amazon Connect solutions.
? Evaluate and implement new feature requests based on business requirements.
? Support test automation and performance validation activities.
