Oakridge is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Grounds Keeping Superintendent for the Hamilton area to oversee year-round exterior maintenance operations for commercial properties. Job Title: Grounds Keeping Superintendent. Location: Niagara Region
Pay:

Job Duties: Our Grounds Keeping Superintendent works to ensure our crews operate with the utmost care and efficiency to reflect a high standard of workmanship. The following is intended only as a general description and should be considered the minimum required to fulfill this job role.
• Maintain knowledge of site layouts and key infrastructure (alarm panels, roof hatches, hydrants, utility rooms, etc.). • Supervise and coordinate multiple grounds-keeping properties & crews. • Manage outdoor janitorial services. • Manage Lawn Maintenance. • Plan and coordinate snow and ice removal operations during winter. • Ensure all work meets contractual scope and service standards. • Conduct site inspections, address maintenance needs, and make timely decisions to resolve operational issues. Qualifications and Requirements:
• 5 ? 10 years of experience in a similar role. • Valid Driver?s License and a clean Driver?s Abstract. • An asset: Degree or diploma in Horticulture, Construction, Landscape, Applied Technology, or Construction Management Additional Skills Required:
