Job Summary
Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in the overall operations of the kitchen, including responsibility for the grill/entree station and pasta station (working on pans during service).
Prepare and plate salads, desserts, and fry station items according to recipe and presentation standards
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of assigned stations * Ensure consistent food quality and timely service during peak periods * Assist with prep work, restocking, and daily station setup * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of progressive kitchen or line cook experience * Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and grow * Good organizational and teamwork skills * Valid Food Safe certification or provincial equivalent * Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail
