Lily Pharmacy is seeking a detail?oriented Pharmacy Assistant with strong data entry skills and several years of hands?on Fillware experience to join our team. This position is heavily focused on accurate and efficient prescription entry and processing, with additional support for daily pharmacy operations.
*Schedule*
* Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM * Saturday: 9:00 AM ? 2:00 PM
Candidates must be available 5?6 days per week.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Accurately enter and process prescriptions using Fillware, with a high level of speed and precision * Support the dispensing workflow, including preparation and organization of prescriptions * Assist patients in person and by phone with professionalism and courtesy * Maintain an efficient, organized, and compliant workspace * Contribute to general pharmacy operations as needed
*Requirements*
* Advanced proficiency with Fillware (multiple years of experience strongly preferred) * Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is required * Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a fast?paced environment * Reliable, self?motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively * High school diploma or equivalent * Must be at least 18 years old
