About the Role Forster Harvard Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and land development projects. Reporting to the VP, Development & Construction, this role manages the full development lifecyclefrom site evaluation and due diligence through municipal approvals, design coordination, construction support, and project closeout. What Youll Do Lead project planning, proformas, budgeting, and financial analysis Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and technical studies Navigate Saskatchewans planning and municipal approval processes Manage stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and investor/leadership reporting Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with quality and sustainability standards What You Bring Minimum 5 years experience in real estate/land development, project management, construction, or related fields Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related discipline (preferred) Professional designations such as PMP, MCIP, RPP are strong assets Strong analytical and financial skills; excellent communication and relationship building Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt within an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment Why Work Here 3 weeks vacation 5 personal days Summer Program: office closes at noon on Fridays for 10 weeks Extended health, dental, disability, EFAP, health spending account Matched RRSP program Collaborative, merit-based culture with hands-on leadership
