Forster Harvard Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and land development projects. Reporting to the VP, Development & Construction, this role manages the full development lifecycle-from site evaluation and due diligence through municipal approvals, design coordination, construction support, and project closeout. What You'll Do:-Lead project planning, proformas, budgeting, and financial analysis-Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams and technical studies-Navigate Saskatchewan's planning and municipal approval processes-Manage stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and investor/leadership reporting-Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with quality and sustainability standards What You Bring:-Minimum 5 years' experience in real estate/land development, project management, construction, or related fields-Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related discipline (preferred)-Professional designations such as PMP, MCIP, RPP are strong assets-Strong analytical and financial skills; excellent communication and relationship-building-Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt within an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment Why Work Here:-3 weeks' vacation-5 personal days-Summer Program: office closes at noon on Fridays for 10 weeks-Extended health, dental, disability, EFAP, health spending account-Matched RRSP program-Collaborative, merit-based culture with hands-on leadership Forster Harvard Development Corp. is committed to providing challenging and rewarding career opportunities.
