We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. What Youll Do: -Collaborate with Account Managers to support clients advertising campaigns.-Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance and identify trends.-Present results to clients, explain findings, and recommend improvements.-Suggest changes to tactics or strategies based on performance insights.-Identify opportunities to offer additional services to meet client goals.-Build lasting client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.
