Waterloo Mattress is looking for a Sleep Expert to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:
* Creating a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors * Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answering any questions they have * Answering customer inquiries by phone and email * Consistently maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards * Keeping up to date on all collections, product information and promotions
Skills Required
* Must be self-motivated and have a willingness to contribute new ideas * Ability to work as an individual contributor or as part of a team * Good organizational skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Excellent telephone manner * Computer skills are an asset * Ability to maintain a positive attitude * Retail experience a benefit, but not necessary * *MUST BE AVAILABLE DAYTIME MONDAY ? SATURDAY, 9:00AM-6:30PM* * *MUST BE AVAILABLE 3 OUT OF 4 SATURDAYS PER MONTH, 10:00AM-4:00PM*
