*Bhasin Building Maintenance Ltd. * is currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team in Nelson, BC. This position will involve maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial and residential buildings. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, corridors, restrooms, and other common areas. * Use floor scrubber machines and burnishers to clean and maintain floor surfaces. * Stripping and waxing floors to restore and maintain their appearance. * Perform deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and detailed sanitizing of all surfaces. * Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors. * Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including desks, tables, and shelves. * Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. * operate * Maintain and stock cleaning supplies. * Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor. * Perform other related duties as required.
*Required Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required (training will be provided). * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. * Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. * *Working hours:* Between 9PM and 8:30 AM (timing may vary within this window)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
