Bruno's Place is hiring 1 Casual Emergency Shelter Worker 12 hour shifts: 7pm to 7am, and 7am to 7pm. Starting wage is $19.00 plusshift premiums for overnight and weekend shifts.Must be available for awake overnight and weekend shifts.Some shifts booked in advance, some offered on short-notice/on-call basis. Preference will be given to candidate with maximum availability. Skills required are: computer skills, critical thinking, trauma informed care, janitorial, laundry, basic food prep. Experience working with homeless adults and individuals struggling with mental health and addictions considered an asset.Qualifications: First Aid/CPR, Mental Health First Aid, Naloxone. ***Applicants from outside of Canada will not be considered. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
