Zagime Anishinabek is a progressive First Nations, located around 22KM Northeast of the Town of Grenfell in Saskatchewan. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Income Support Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing case files, providing excellent client service, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. The Income Support Administrator will play a vital role in supporting clients through effective case management and ensuring compliance with program requirements. ResponsibilitiesManage and process income support applications and related documentation efficientlyConduct interviews with clients to assess eligibility and gather necessary informationMaintain accurate records through data entry using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and OutlookProvide clear communication and presentation of program information to clients and team membersSupervise or assist with training new staff or interns as needed, fostering a collaborative work environmentMonitor case progress, ensure timely follow-up, and update client files accordingly.Assist in the administration of the Work Experience Program and First Nations Youth Employment Strategy Program offered through Yorkton Tribal CouncilUtilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines RequirementsPost Secondary certificate in social work with a field minimum of 2 years experience.Demonstrated experience in case management, data entry, or administrative roles involving client interaction.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer operation skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently Knowledge of the Ferris ASAP Database is an asset.Valid Drivers License needed.
