About this role
*Pay*
* *$17.65 per hour + 100% of customer tips* * *Guaranteed minimum earnings*: If your average hourly earnings (including tips) over a two-week pay period are less than $20.00 per hour, we?ll top you up so you *earn at least $20.00 per hour*. * Long-Distance Deliveries (30?50 km): Earn *$25.00 for the hour* you complete the delivery, *plus 100% of customer tips*.

We are currently hiring for:
* Morning Shift: 10:00 AM ? 5:00 PM * Evening Shift: 5:00 PM ? 12:00 AM
Occasionally, due to higher customer demand, morning shifts may begin as early as 8:00 AM. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
*Overview*
We?re looking for dependable, friendly, and professional Delivery Drivers to join our growing team serving customers throughout the Niagara Region.
As one of the faces of our company, you?ll be responsible for delivering orders safely, accurately, and on time while providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and interacting with customers.
*Drivers use their own vehicle for deliveries*, so applicants should be comfortable using their personal vehicle for work.
*Delivery Areas*
Zone 1
* St. Catharines * Thorold * Niagara Falls * Niagara-on-the-Lake * Welland
Zone 2 ? Long Distance
* Deliveries between *30 km and 50 km* from the store. * $25 an hour for the hour delivered plus 100% of customer tips (typically $29-35 per order).
*Responsibilities*
* Deliver customer orders safely and efficiently throughout the Niagara Region. * Provide friendly, professional customer service during every delivery. * Verify customer identification and follow all age verification requirements. * Process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately. * Plan efficient delivery routes while maintaining excellent time management. * Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members. * Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance. * Follow all company policies and applicable laws regarding the delivery of vape products.
*Requirements*
* *Valid Ontario Class G driver?s licence*. * Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance. * Clean driving record. * Must be *at least 19 years of age*. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Excellent time management and organizational abilities. * Comfortable working independently. * Previous delivery, courier, rideshare, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
