The ideal candidate should be comfortable doing the following:
* Preparing and cooking food for a regular evening service * Ensuring that food comes out in a timely fashion * Ensuring area of responsibility is well-stocked and guest-ready * Maintaining freshness of product and ensuring rotation of old product * Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards under the direction of the chef team.
In addition, the ideal candidate should be:
