What You?ll Do (The Impact)
As a vital community health leader, you won't just count pills?you will drive a culture of wellness. Your day-to-day will involve:
Clinical Excellence: Delivering high-touch patient care through medication management, health screenings, and private consultations.
Pharmacy Leadership: Managing daily operations, optimizing inventory, and maintaining flawless compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
Expanded Scope: Maximizing clinical opportunities, administering vaccinations, and utilizing your full scope of practice to make a measurable difference.
Forward-Thinking Practice: Staying ahead of industry trends, adopting new clinical services, and keeping your knowledge on the cutting edge.
What You Bring
Credentials: A valid Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the CPBC.
Clinical Skills: Injection certification is required; experience/training in Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) is preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with pharmacy software solutions (familiarity with Kroll is a major asset).
Mindset: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for customer-focused care.
