*SJW Decks is seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team for the 2026 deck and fence season. As a premium deck and fence building company, we?re looking to expand with 1 skilled carpenter who shares our commitment to quality.*
*The ideal candidate will possess:*
* High attention to detail and craftsmanship * 5+ years of experience in carpentry * Own hand and power tools * A reliable, working vehicle to transport tools * Physical fitness and stamina for demanding work
*Responsibilities:*
* Work both independently and with your helper to complete projects * Read and interpret drawings and blueprints accurately * Communicate effectively and professionaly with customers * Ensure that all work is completed on time, and to the highest quality standards * Maintain a clean and organized work site
*A Red Seal carpenter is preferred but not required.*
