*As a Sales Associate, you will:*
* Actively approach, engage with and assist customers, keeping the Diamond Queen Toronto Jewellers customer Excellence philosophy in mind. * Present merchandise and detailed information, including product features, benefits and availability, responding quickly to customer needs. * Operate alone and collaboratively to achieve individual and team-based objectives and performance goals. * Collaborate with sales team co-workers and specified departments. * Foster an environment where clients are always at the forefront, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. * Perform other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in the luxury retail and or fine hospitality industry. * Lifelong learners with strong critical thinking skills and excellent time management. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. * Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills. * Mind Set and Behavior. * Be an enthusiastic change agent and peer. * Adopt change and use it to drive continuous learning.
Pay: $14.00-$21.00 per hour
