*Duties*
* Install products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations. * Perform heavy lifting as required, managing materials and equipment throughout the installation process. * Apply caulking and other finishing materials to ensure a clean and professional appearance. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. * Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process, providing solutions as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
*Skills*
* Proficient in maintenance person tasks with a strong understanding of carpentry techniques. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. * Experience with heavy lifting, ensuring safe handling of materials. * Familiarity with various hand tools and their proper use in installation tasks. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. * Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
