ONWork Conditions: From Monday to Friday( Hybrid 3 days in office) from 9 am to 5 pm, Weekend as neededReporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, the Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing mobility inventory across partner retail locations under Bell's consignment model, including inventory accuracy, returns processing, and issue resolution. He or she is responsible for forecasting and analyzing the store inventory levels using the established process methodologies of Right Product at the Right Time and in the Right Quantity to increase sales revenue. The Inventory Analyst is the SPOC (single point of contact) for inventory relates processes, escalations, and metrics for a predetermined number of stores. Ability to learn different ordering systems/models like consignment vs STO based models and work on both simultaneously. Ability to support planning team with accessory planning for the warehouse whenever needed.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily forecasting and replenishment of product to ensure in-stockOrder tracking ensuring timely receiving and where required expediting ordersFacilitate store returns/recallsTransfer stock between stores as required to reduce inventory as neededTimely communication of order status and issues to channelLaunching new productsHighlighting areas of opportunity to move business forwardProblem solving all inventory issues related to storesUnderstand iDOC issues related to consignment modelAccessory planning for the WHSpecific AccountabilitiesForecasting:o Develop and report weekly metricso Regular review and forecasting of unit requirements by model and by store ensuring in-stock of producto Ensure promotional in-stock through accurate forecasting based on the financial target Inventory Management:o Assist in the execution of the inventory management tacticso Effectively manage inventory through analysis, providing recommendations to the Planning Specialisto Assist in the development of action plans to deal with aged and slow selling programso Identifying and addressing inventory issues as they ariseo Optimizing inventory productivity Problem-solving:o Perform work in the context of the departmental and company strategic planso Collaborate with the appropriate areas as required to facilitate flawless executiono Manage the volume of work in order to provide cost effective use of resourcesCritical QualificationsInventory management experience is an assetSystems and process orientedComputer literacy in Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPointAPICS or CPP certification is an assetKnowledge of SAP and Oracle is an assetExcellent oral and written communication skills, including the preparation of reports and instructionsOpen minded and creative team playerStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical abilityKnowledge of English and French required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada, in both verbal and written formsAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
