Warehouse Associate
*Location:* Brampton, ON *Job Type:* Full-time
Job Responsibilities
* Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments. * Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Load and unload trucks using manual equipment and forklifts. * Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. * Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety procedures. * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company standards. * Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities. * Perform basic data entry and maintain warehouse records using Microsoft Excel and Word. * Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals. * Assist with training new warehouse associates as required. * Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Strong verbal and written English communication skills (*Punjabi is an asset*). * Must be a *Canadian citizen or permanent resident*. * Previous warehouse experience required. * Basic computer proficiency, including *Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word*. * Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset. * Valid forklift license certification is an asset. * Ability to lift up to *50 lbs (23 kg)* and perform physically demanding work. * Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive team attitude. * Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
