Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Remove litter and garbage. Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Lay sod or seed. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
