We are looking for our next Offshore Coordinator for Brownfield projects. Do you thrive in an offshore environment and enjoy coordinating complex activities involving multiple stakeholders? As we continue to strengthen our Brownfield project delivery capabilities, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team and support the successful execution of modifications, campaigns and operational projects across our FPSO fleet. In this role, you will act as a key interface between offshore operations and the project organization, ensuring that planned activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project objectives. You will play an important role throughout the project lifecycle, from preparation and mobilization through execution and close-out, supporting coordination between offshore teams, contractors, vendors and onshore stakeholders. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of HSE, quality and operational performance while helping to ensure that project activities are delivered in line with technical requirements, schedules and regulatory expectations. The position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic operational environment. We are looking for a candidate who is self-driven, collaborative and solution-oriented, with solid offshore experience and a strong technical background. You should be comfortable working across disciplines, engaging with both operational and project teams, and taking ownership of activities from planning through execution.
