Altera has a vacancy for an experienced Manager F&A to join our Finance & Accounting (F&A) team in Aberdeen, supporting the UK operations and wider business. This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the activities within the F&A team are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with company policies, laws and regulations, contractual requirements, and the Management System. They will develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures for accurate and timely analysis of financial data, ensuring best practice throughout. This role will manage a team of Financial Analysts in the UK, providing support, training and being part of the team’s annual performance reviews for direct reports.The role will drive the UK business’ financial performance, cost focus and outlook, ensuring all reporting meets the Business requirements.
