Deine Aufgaben <ul><li>Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte als Ansprechpartner:in in allen personalrelevanten Fragen – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt</li><li>Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen und Arbeitszeugnissen</li><li>Pflege der digitalen Personalakten und Überwachung von Fristen (z. B. Probezeiten, Befristungen)</li><li>Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement – von der Sichtung der Bewerbungen über die Terminkoordination bis zum Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen</li><li>Übernahme der vorbereitenden Lohnabrechnung</li></ul> Dein Profil <ul><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich (z. B.
