Your mission <p>Are you a student eager to gain real-world experience in hospitality and property management? We are offering <strong>curricular and extracurricular internships</strong>, starting from this February, for the positions of <strong>Guest Service</strong> and <strong>Property Management</strong>.</p>You will have the chance to work on real projects, interact with international guests, and develop key skills for your future career in a supportive and dynamic environment.<br><br><p><strong>Location:</strong> Center of Málaga<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 25 hours per week, 5 days a week</p><br><br><p><strong>Available Positions:</strong></p><p><strong>Guest Service Intern</strong><br>As a Guest Service Intern, you will help our team ensure our guests have a seamless and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p>Guiding guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).</p></li><li><p>Welcoming guests to the properties and assisting during their stay (check-in).</p></li><li><p>Offering additional services to guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Providing information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, transportation, and cultural events.</p></li><li><p>Supporting reception duties in our office.</p></li><li><p>Coordinating with Property Management, Cleaning, and Maintenance teams for operational needs.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Property Management Intern</strong><br>As a Property Management Intern, you will <strong>support our team</strong> in maintaining our properties and assisting with day-to-day operations. Your tasks may include:</p><ul><li><p>Helping to ensure properties are prepared and maintained to the highest standards for guest arrivals.</p></li><li><p>Assisting in coordination with maintenance, cleaning, and logistics teams to resolve issues.</p></li><li><p>Participating in regular property inspections and reporting findings.</p></li><li><p>Helping with administrative tasks related to property upkeep and owner relations.</p></li><li><p>Being present in the <strong>Málaga</strong>, <strong>Benalmádena or Torremolinos area</strong>, as some tasks require on-site support.</p></li><li><p>Assisting with creation of visual content for the properties (photoshoots and video tours).</p></li></ul><p><br></p> Your profile <ul><li><p>Currently pursuing a <strong>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant field</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in <strong>English and Spanish</strong> (both written and spoken) – mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and communication skills.</p></li><li><div style="border:0px solid;margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-left:0px;font-size:14px;width:694px;font-family:Inter, '-apple-system', 'system-ui', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', 'system-ui', '-apple-system', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji';font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);">Mandatory: comfortable using electric scooters.
