Your mission Guest Service Agent at REMS <br><br>Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Guide our guests using our communication tools (PMS and phone calls).</li><li>Welcome the guests to the properties and assist them during their stay (check-in).</li><li>Offer additional services to the guests (guided tours, extra cleaning, breakfast, etc..).</li><li>Acknowledge and advise on tourist attractions (food & beverage recommendations, transportation, cultural events, etc.).</li><li>Cover the reception of the guests in our office.</li><li>Communication with the Property Management, Cleaning and Maintenance Departments on the specific operation needs.</li></ul><br>Conditions and Benefits<br><br><ul><li>Location: Malaga historic center/Soho/Torremolinos/Malaga airport (Depending on companies needs).</li><li>Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day and 1hour break. Detailed schedule will be defined by the Guest Service Team Leader every month. Mostly/ All evening shifts.</li><li>Possibility of part time scheduling starting from 25H/ Week.</li><li>Contract: Permanent employment contract with a trial period depending on profile.</li><li>Days off: 2 days per week.</li><li>Salary: Between 20.500 EUR and 25.000 EUR annually.</li><li>Great career potential growth in the rental department.</li></ul><br>To go any further, please send your CV at: <strong>[email protected] </strong><br>Follow us on Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin @rems.grou Your profile Skills and qualifications<br><br><ul><li>Good writing and spelling capabilities in English and Spanish (French and any other language is a plus).</li><li>Be reactive, adaptive and improvise while facing issues.</li><li>Having strong customer relationship capabilities.</li><li>Good knowledge of Andalucía is a plus (restaurants, cultural sites, activities...).T</li><li>Experience as a receptionist in a hotel or AirBnB accommodation is a plus.</li><li>A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.</li><li>Driving licence is a plus.</li></ul>
