Job Discription DB55 is growing, and we need someone to help the world know about it. By day DB55 is a co-working space for approximately 80 people across seven companies – architects, designers, food innovators, sustainability pioneers. By night it becomes a pop-up restaurant, exhibition, product launch, workshop – you name it. There's no shortage of story-worthy moments. Your job is to capture and share them.<br><h2><br></h2> Key Responsibilities <h2>What you'll be doing</h2><ul><li><strong>Managing our channels</strong><br>Own day-to-day posting and community management across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.</li><li><strong>Creating content</strong><br>Shoot, edit, and design content that looks good: reels, carousels, stories, the works.</li><li><strong>Shaping the strategy</strong><br>Bring ideas to grow our reach. Your creative input will shape how DB55 shows up online (and offline).</li><li><strong>Contribute to marketing</strong><br>Get involved in broader marketing day-to-day and communicating DB55 to the outside world.</li></ul> Required skills & Experience <h2>You'd be a great fit if…</h2><ul><li>You live on social media... and understand what makes content perform</li><li>You're comfortable with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar</li><li>You have a background in marketing, communications and copywriting</li><li>You have experience managing websites and social media platforms</li><li>You write and communicate fluently in English (Dutch is a bonus, not a dealbreaker)</li><li>You don't wait to be told what to do: you spot an opportunity and go for it</li><li>Creative freedom excites rather than intimidates you</li></ul> What we offer <h2>What we offer</h2><ul><li>Full time (40 hours/week, €750/month) or part-time (20 hours/week, €375/month) compensation</li><li>Daily communal lunches</li><li>Commuting allowance (if you live more than 10km away)</li><li>Weekly sport classes such as bootcamp and yoga</li><li>Inspiring seasonal sessions, team drinks, lots of community events</li><li>The nicest international colleagues (no joke!)</li></ul> Application Process <h2>Good to know</h2><br>This internship is primarily intended as a learning experience and e<span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;text-decoration:none;font-size:11pt;line-height:16.866667px;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;">very week will look a little different because of our events. This means your schedule will shift too – flexibility is key.</span><br><br>We’re open to applicants from all backgrounds, but please note that <u>we do not arrange visas or residence permits</u>, so non-EU applicants should check Dutch work requirements before applying. Make sure to you hold a valid work visa for living in the Netherlands or would be able to obtain one independently before applying.<br><br>In exceptional cases, outstanding performance can lead to a full-time role.<br><br>You will first receive an automated confirmation mail.
