MBA is a plus</li><li style="color:rgb(13,13,13);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">10+ years of B2B key account management experience in renewable energy, with a proven track record in utility-scale PV, energy storage, or trackers</li><li style="color:rgb(13,13,13);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Demonstrated experience managing strategic accounts such as EDF, Engie, and Equans at a senior level</li><li style="color:rgb(13,13,13);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Proven team leadership experience (formal or informal), including coaching, performance management, and talent development</li><li style="color:rgb(13,13,13);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Strong understanding of integrated solutions (modules, BESS, mounting structures) and solution selling</li><li style="color:rgb(13,13,13);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Solid commercial acumen including pricing strategies, margin optimization, and financial modeling for multi-product deals</li><li style="color:rgb(13,13,13);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Experience with EPC tenders, framework agreements, and complex contract negotiations</li><li style="color:rgb(13,13,13);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Fluent in French and English (C1 or above);
