About this role
Responsibilities <ul><li>Coordinate logistics activities for utility-scale BESS projects across Europe, from factory dispatch to project site delivery. </li><li>Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials in line with project schedules. </li><li>Act as the primary interface with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. </li><li>Prepare, review, and maintain shipping, transportation, and customs documentation. </li><li>Support import/export compliance and customs clearance processes across European markets. </li><li>Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory movements, and material allocation with third-party logistics providers. </li><li>Maintain logistics and inventory records within ERP systems and ensure data accuracy. </li><li>Work closely with Project Managers to identify and mitigate logistics risks impacting project execution. </li><li>Support freight cost control, invoice verification, and logistics performance reporting. </li><li>Assist with logistics claims, returns, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse coordination within an international business environment. </li><li>Experience supporting large-scale industrial, renewable energy, infrastructure, or energy storage projects is preferred. </li><li>Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers.</li><li>Advance knowledge of logistics terminology and practices (Bill of Lading, CMR, Incoterms)</li><li>Good knowledge of international business environment, operations, and practices (from international payment terms and conditions to Incoterm usage)</li><li>Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ERP systems, preferably Oracle. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.</li><li>Proactive, self-starter and problem solver.
