Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Supervise all day-to-day Logistics operations in assigned team.</li><li>Analyse and solve logistics and delivery problems in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>Responsible for shipping cost calculation, comparison and negotiation with full understanding of International Incoterm.</li><li>Coordinate shipment with internal departments and external parties locally and globally with applicable processes.</li><li>Prepare shipping documents accurately and ensure correct postings in company ERP system.</li><li> Lead and/or participate in local, cross-location/ global Logistics- and cross-department projects of various scale.</li><li>Facilitate communication, alignment and process optimization across departments and locations.</li><li>Develop and provide Logistics-related trainings to existing and new colleagues in order to transfer and optimize Logistics know-how.</li><li>Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li></ul> Job Requirements <strong>Competencies & Skills:</strong><ul><li>Profound knowledge of all logistics process and procedures in a global supply chain structure.</li><li>Able to effectively lead the assigned team, give timely and actionable feedback to direct reports and mentor, coach and motivate individuals.</li><li>Able to effectively work with local and overseas colleagues, customers and factories.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively work with people at all levels in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.</li><li>Able to work effectively under time pressure and deadline driven within a fast-paced, dynamic and customer oriented environment.</li><li>Superior in organization and priority setting, accurate and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations.</li><li>Able to work independently as well as part of a team with pro-active, self-motivated and responsible manner.</li><li>Excellent command in spoken and written English and local language.</li><li>Proficient in all MS Office applications, as well as company’s ERP system and logistic programs. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.</li><li>Regular travel to the Shenzhen office and regional factories/offices is required.</li></ul><br><strong>Education & Work Experience:</strong><ul><li>Diploma or higher education in logistics/ supply chain or relevant disciplines.</li><li>At least 5 years Logistics & shipping experience for internation customers (B2B).</li></ul>
