About this role
Ihre Aufgaben <ul><li>Planning, managing, and monitoring all measures to maintain airworthiness in accordance with EASA Part CAMO/Part M for the LUMINAIR fleet (Falcon 900EX & 7X, Cessna 560XLS & 680A).</li><li>Collaborate and provide support in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) based on manufacturer documentation (MPD, MSM, CMMs).</li><li>Monitoring and implementing Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and technical notices</li><li>Analyzing and resolving technical issues and malfunctions</li><li>Maintaining close and proactive communication with LUMINAIR pilots, including:<ul><li>Recording and evaluating Pilot Reports (PIREPs)</li><li>Assisting with MEL decisions and dispatch evaluations</li><li>Clarifying technical questions before and after the flight</li></ul></li><li>Coordinating with international Part 145 maintenance organizations, including:<ul><li>Planning and monitoring line and base maintenance</li><li>Coordinating scope of work, unscheduled inspections, and technical deviations</li><li>Ensuring that all work is performed on time and in compliance with regulations</li></ul></li><li>Preparation and issuance of work packages and orders to maintenance companies.</li><li>Maintenance and filing of documents in the aircraft’s maintenance history file.</li><li>Maintenance and use of CAMO software (including CAMP, FL3XX).</li><li>Communicating with the customer support teams of manufacturers, engine manufacturers, and aviation authorities.</li><li>Participating in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to LUMINAIR’s high quality standards.</li></ul> Ihr Profil <strong>Qualifications / Technical</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.</li><li>Alternatively: EASA Part 66 B1/B2 license with experience on business jets, ideally with the aircraft models operated by LUMINAIR.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations (Part M, Part CAMO, Part 145).</li><li>Experience in a CAMO environment, preferably in business aviation.</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturer systems and portals (CAMP, Field 6, Falcon Portal, 1View, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in working with technical documentation and maintenance management systems.</li></ul><strong>Experience & Skills</strong><br><ul><li>Analytical thinking and a structured, precise approach to work.</li><li>High sense of responsibility and strong safety awareness.</li><li>Strong communication skills when interacting with pilots, technicians, owners, and external partners.</li><li>Ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way.</li><li>Independence, resilience, and a solution-oriented approach.</li><li>Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and, if necessary, weekends or holidays) to ensure continuous technical support for the aircraft fleet.</li><li>Flexibility regarding work hours, as well as the ability to work reliably and independently, even in rotating shift schedules.</li><li>A professional demeanor that aligns with LUMINAIR’s premium standards.</li></ul><strong>Language & Legal Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong preference for professional working German; additional language skills are an advantage</li><li>Unrestricted EU passport or right to live and work in the EU</li><li>Eligibility for a valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG</li></ul> Warum wir? <span style="color:rgb(32,32,32);font-family:Inter, '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', 'system-ui', '-apple-system', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);text-decoration:none;display:inline;">At LUMINAIR, we recognize that satisfied team members are essential to delivering exceptional service to our clients and passengers.
