What are the main performance objectives in this role? We're a team of roughly 80 people operating across international markets. We move fast, stay close to our clients, and build things that actually work. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for a VP Growth to lead our commercial function and help define what that growth looks like. The Role This is not a pure sales closer role. Our team already has strong operators closing deals. What we need now is a strategic leader: someone who can set direction, build the systems, and elevate the people already doing good work. You will own the entire commercial function: revenue targets, sales strategy, pipeline quality, new product go-to-market, and team development.
