What are the main performance objectives in this role? We’re hiring a (Senior) Operations & AI Lead to bring structure, scale, and AI-driven leverage to how AVOW runs. This is a builder’s role: you’ll shape how the company works day-to-day and how we use AI to do more with less.You’ll drive operational excellence across the business, process, tooling, cross-functional coordination and you’ll lead AVOW’s AI implementation from concept to deployed reality.
