sans-serif;">5+/7+ years of experience in R&D strategy, pharmaceutical consulting, clinical operations, portfolio management, or innovation leadership roles</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Exposure to R&D analytics, performance management, or digital transformation initiatives</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Tech-savvy profile with fluency in data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior, gained through close collaboration with product and data science teams</li></ul><h3><span style="font-family:Arial,
